AVB PRECIPRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2025

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery process for orders facilitated by AVB PRECIPRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (AVB GLOBAL EXIM™). As a merchant exporter, our role is to coordinate and manage the export logistics from our suppliers to your designated destination.

2. Shipping and Delivery Process

  • Logistics Partners: We work with a network of trusted and reliable third-party logistics and shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

  • Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery time for an order is provided on a case-by-case basis as part of the commercial quotation. This is an estimate and is not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and the specific shipping method.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination, and are included in the final commercial invoice.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The client is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees or charges that may be levied by the destination country's customs authorities. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance, but we are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs procedures.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking information and the details of the shipping carrier. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that goods are packed securely. In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please note that our liability is limited to assisting in this process, and any final resolution will be subject to the terms of the shipping carrier's policy.
