AVB PRECIPRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2025

Introduction and Scope

This policy outlines the export logistics and delivery process managed by AVB GLOBAL EXIM™ (AVB PRECIPRO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED). As your AI-Assisted Technical Business Development and Merchant Exporter partner, our role is to expertly coordinate and manage the entire export logistics chain from our vetted suppliers directly to your designated destination.

2. Export Logistics and Delivery

  • Logistics Partners: We work exclusively with a network of trusted and proven third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers to ensure the safe, compliant, and timely export of your order.

  • Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery time is provided on a case-by-case basis as part of the commercial quotation and is based on the supplier's production schedule and chosen shipping method. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to destination, customs clearance, and port congestion.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs (including freight, insurance, and handling fees) are calculated based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination, and are clearly documented in the final commercial invoice.

3. Documentation, Duties, and Taxes (Incoterms)

  • Client Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), and any other fees or charges levied by the destination country's customs authorities.

  • Facilitation: We will provide all necessary, accurate export documentation (including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin, as required) to facilitate smooth customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate client-side information or customs procedures.

  • Incoterms: All transactions are governed by the mutually agreed-upon Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP), which specify the exact point of transfer of cost, risk, and liability between AVB GLOBAL EXIM and the client.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment has been finalized and dispatched from the manufacturer's location, we will provide you with the tracking information and the details of the shipping carrier(s). You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment directly.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure goods from our suppliers are packed and handled according to international export standards. In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Immediate Action: Please notify AVB GLOBAL EXIM™ immediately upon discovery.

  • Claim Assistance: We will promptly assist you in coordinating the filing of a claim with the relevant shipping carrier and insurance provider.

  • Liability Limitation: Our liability is strictly limited to assisting in the claims coordination process. Any final resolution, compensation, or determination of liability will be subject to the terms and policies of the shipping carrier and the governing Incoterms of the sale.
