• Identifying and procuring goods from third-party Indian manufacturers and suppliers.

• Providing marketing and representation services at national and international exhibitions.

• Facilitating the export process, including logistics coordination and documentation.

3. Commercial Engagement

• Quotations: All price quotations, including but not limited to those for products, services, and shipping, are valid for the period specified in the quote. They are estimates and are subject to change based on supplier pricing, market fluctuations, and currency exchange rates.
  
  

• Order Confirmation: An order is only considered confirmed and legally binding upon:

  1. The Client's written acceptance of our final quotation.

  2. Our receipt of any required advance payment.
     
     

• Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the final commercial invoice. All payments for our services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  
  

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Product Quality: We act as a facilitator and are not the manufacturer of the goods. While we exercise due diligence in procuring from reputable suppliers, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of the products.
